Translation
Club house of the guild, bought from the money which Quintus Ulpius Felix, prefect of the clothmen, (and) father (of the guild) (gave them) while alive, for the annual (festival of the) rosalia, and also to make a burial (place/monument) only from the money he gave, and dedicated(?) to the guild. During the third consulship of Imperator Antoninus Augustus and the consulship of Comazon.
