To the Genius of the guild of clothmen of Alba Pompeia, in memory of Salvius Cincius Sempronianus, Roman knight, (endowed) with the public horse. Sempronia Sabina, his mother, and Iulia Sabina, his sister, have set (this) up from their own money.
