Notes on dating The 23rd 'lustrum' of the 'collegium fabrum tignariorum' fell in 104-108 CE. The first and third line were erased. SABINAE was inserted in the first line, but the third remained empty. Sabina was named Augusta c. 119/123 CE and died in 136 or early 137 CE, so the modification must be dated to that period (disputed by Pietrangeli 1939: 106-107, but against this see More 1969: 100-101; Pearse 1975: 116-121).

Translation
To Sabina Augusta … presidents of the guild of carpenters/builders during the 23rd lustrum. Quintus Numisius Maritimus, Marcus Valerius Felix, Aulus Larcius Carus, Titus Flavius Onesimus, Lucius Naevius Philippus, son of Lucius, of the Palatina tribe, Quintus Hortensius Tyrannus, Quintus Lollius Herma, died during his magistracy.
Notes on the source
see Pearse 1975: 116-120 for a discussion on the erasure.

The fist line was replaced by SABINAE, the second with AVGVST was not erased, the third was erased but left empty. There is not enough room for an emperor's name and it is unlikely that the monument was first dedicated to Marciana or Plotina who both remained Augustae. Most likely the monument had originally been dedicated to a deity and the third line read SACRVM:
e.g.  Minervae / August(ae) / Sacrum (cf. CIL 14, 03570), Fortunae / August(ae) / sacrum (cf. AE 2013, 00502)
