Translation
To Quintus Novius Celer, son of Quintus, of the Sergia tribe, quattuorvir iure dicundo, quattuorvir quinquennalis, patron of the city, curator of the public debt register. The guild of dendrophori set up (this monument) to their well-deserving patron. The location was given by decree of the decuriones.
