Translation
Location given by decree of the city-council. To Titus Flavius Silvanus, son of Titus, of the Fabia tribe, patron of the city of Eburum, twice duumvir (of which once as) quinquennalis, quaestor of the treasury, curator for the grain supply.  For this man, their most worthy patron, the guild of dendrophori set up this  statue, on account of his exceptional goodwill towards them and in  hope (for this to be) everlasting.  Being content with the honour of the said statue, he has offered to the above mentioned guild, 8,000 sesterces, so that they would assemble each year on his birth day, the third day before the ides of December (11 Dec.). And at the occasion of the dedication of the statue he has given to each of the patrons of the association 20 sesterces, and to each of the quinquennalicii, duumviralicii, aedilicii 20? and to the other co-decuriones 18.5? sesterces, to the Augustales 12 sesterces, to the guilds of dendrophori and craftsmen each 1000 sesterces and a banquet, to each (member) of the plebs … sesterces and a distribution of meat.
(on the right hand side of the monument)
