D(is) M(anibus) L(ucius) Bruttius [I]anuarius q(uin)q(uennalis) cor/p(oris) fabrum nabalium Ostiensium, / donationis causa sibi tradi/tam memoriam a Maria Callist̀‚en(e) / eo quot, reconcinnationis causa mancipa/ta, sibi susceperit refeceritque sibi et Brittiae / Profuture coniugi et filis et libertis liberta/busque posteri(s)que aeorum (!).

Translation |
To the God-Spirits of the Dead. Lucius Bruttius Ianuarius, quinquennalis of the corporation of the shipwrights of Ostia. The monument having been given over to him as a gift by Maria Callistene to him so that, formally sold for repairs, he should received it for himself and restore it for himself and Brittia Profutura, his wife, and their children, and freedmen and freedwomen, and their offspring.
