Translation
To the God-Spirits of the Dead. Of Lucius Rennius Philodoxus, freedman of Lucius, magister quinquennalis of the guild of carpenters/builders of Ostia, likewise Augustalis. Lucius Rennius Proculus has made (this monument) to his dearest father.
