Translation
Lucius Octavius Cerdo, freedman of Atta, decurio of the guild of clothmen. Octavia Chrysis, freedwoman of Lucius. Cerdo, houseborn slave, lived nine years, eleven months and … days.
Notes on the source
The panel was part of a larger funerary monument with other inscriptions for freedmen and -women of the Octavii.
 
The deceased verna was added later. The text mentioning his age is mixed up: XI.ET / V.IX.M.XI.DIE
