Translation
Patron of the Three Guilds of the most splendid city of the Cemenelenses. To Titus Decimius Nepos, son of Titullianus, of the Quirina tribe … priest … decurio. Decimius? Titullianus? And C…a Avita, (his) parents have set up (this monument) to their most worthy son. The location was given by decree of the council.
