To Titus Iulius Dolabella, son of Titus, of the Voltinia tribe, quattuorvir ab aerario, pontifex, praefectus vigilum et armorum. The sacred synnod at Naples has decreed a five-yearly contest:

"Decree of the synnod of the thymelic association of the artisans and  fellow contestants of Emperor Caesar Traianus Hadrianus Augustus, the New Dionysus: since Dolabella is a (admirable) man not only in his splendid fatherland because of the reputation of his family and the fairness of his life, but also for his word and greatnessof his soul, so that through this in the entire inhabited world, not least … opinion … in return and the first … a most illustrious man according to the testimony of … the city of Nemausus … Augustus … of the sacred synnod of Traianus Hadrianus … I have written and sealed … "
