Translation
To Quintus Carminius Asicianus, son of Quintus, of the Scaptia tribe, for his merits because … to the guild of clothmen of Altinum … with  pedestal … to all restituted … the sum of 13,000 sesterces …. the sum of 6,000 sesterces … the location was given by decree of the council.
