The statue was not set up by the tria collegia, but the honorand's patronage over them is the single most prominent feature of the inscription, therefore the 'public' nature of the monument can be considered relevant criterion also for the public recognition of these groups

Translation |
Patron of the Three Guilds of the most splendid city of the Cemenelenses. To Titus Decimius Nepos, son of Titullianus, of the Quirina tribe … priest … decurio. Decimius? Titullianus? And C…a Avita, (his) parents have set up (this monument) to their most worthy son. The location was given by decree of the council.
