Dedication to an emperor. This inscription was found together with AE 1940, 00062. The dedicant is there mentioned as the curans for the dedication of a statio for a collegium. Presumably therefore this inscription also came from the schola of the guild in question. On this being the collegium fabrum tignuariorum see notes with the guild-document record for AE 1940, 00062.
