… for the integrity … well deserved … For Quintus Domitius … son of Quintus, duumvir, enhancer of the city and of the Three Associations of the city of the Cemenelienses, at (the occasion) of which dedication he has given a banquet to council members and to the seviri, and oil to the three associations and to the officials? and to the whole people. The location (for this monument) was given by decree of the council.
