Translation
To M. Aurelius Masculus, distinguished man (i.e. Roman knight), for the exceptional integrity of his governorship and distinguished kindness towards all people and for his sincere provisioning and munificence when food supply was hard pressed and because he restored (the aquaduct) to its former course, in the bliss of (that) age, having studied and recovered the water conduit which had lapsed due to age. The three collegia to whom has been given permission to convene by decree of the senate, to their most worthy patron.
