sepult(urae) iunctos / vivos donavit ut / ex reditu eor(um) lar/gius rosae et esc(a)e / patrono suo et / quandoque sibi / ponerentur.

Translation |
Lucius Ogius Patroclus, induced by piety, has donated while alive gardens with a building attached to this burial (monument) to the association of the centonarii so that from the proceeds of them they would bountifully put roses and dishes in honor of his patron and sometimes himself.
