P̲(ublio) A̲u̲f̲̲i̲dio P(ubli) f(ilio) Quirina / Forti / [d(ecurionum) d(ecreto)? decu]rioni adlecto, I̅I̅viro, / [quaesto]ri aerari Ostiensium I̅I̅I̅I̅, / [praefe]cto fabrum / [tignuariorum] Ostis, patrono / corporum mensorum / frumentariorum / et urinatorum, decurioni adlecto / Africae Hippone Regio, / corpus mercatorum / frumentariorum / q(uin)q(uennali) perpetuo.
Translation
To Publius Aufidius Fortis, son of Publius, of the Quirina tribe, adlected (to the city council) by decree of the decuriones (?), duumvir, four times quaestor aerarius of Ostia, prefect of the carpenters/builders at Ostia, patron of the corporation of grain measurers and of the divers, co-opted decurio of Hippo Regius in Africa. The corporation of the grain merchants to their quinquennalis for life.
