Translation
For the bull sacrifice of the Mother of Gods the Great Idaean, which is done according to the order of the Mother of Gods for the wellbeing of Imperator Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrians Antoninus Augustus Pius, father of the fatherland, and his children, and of the state of the colony of Lugdunum. Lucius Aemilius Carpus, sevir Augustalis, likewise dendrophorus has taken the potency/strenth (the testicles?) and brought them from the Vatican, consecrated the altar and bull's head at his own expense, the priest (being) Quintus Sammius Secundus, decorated the collar and wreath by the quindecemviri to whom the most sacred order (i.e. the city council) of Lugdunum has decreed the life-long priesthood. Under the consulship of Appius Annius Atilius Bradua and Titus Clodius Vibius Varus (160 CE). The location was given by decree of the decuriones.

The midnight (ceremony) was done the 5th day before the Ides of December (9 Dec.)
