An altar (most likely) set up for Jupiter Optimus Maximus by a member of the Eleventh decuria of the craftsment guild for the wellbeing of the empire and of the guild.
We cannot make out whether this was the collegium fabrum of the colonia Aurelia Apulensis or the collegium fabrum of the municipium Septimium Apulense.

Translation
To Jupiter Optimus Maximus, for the wellbeing of the empire(?) and of the craftsmen guild. Tiberius Iulius Bubalus from the Eleventh decuria has given (this monument) as a gift.
