Notes
This is a building inscription that belonged to a temple dedicated to Aesculapius and Hygia. Porticum per pedes XXXX' was added at a later date, making it likely that the inscription referred to the entire temple, not just the portico.
 
The mention of Rufinus' status as decurio was added later to the inscription, indicating that he was not yet a decurio (but already a patron of the guild the fabri) when the inscription was dedicated. We cannot be sure that the temple was actually donated to the guild, although the prominence with which Rufinus mentions his patronage over the fabri strongly suggest that they were free to use it.

Translation
To Aesculapius and Hygia. Publius Aelius Rufinus, decurio of the city and patron of the guild of craftsmen of the colony of Apulum has made (this) portico of forty feet, on order (from the gods) for his wellbeing and that of Ulpia Helpidia his wife and Aelius Urbanus his son.
