 To Eternal Jupiter Optimus Maximus. Titus Flavius Flavianus, Augustalis of the municipium Septimium of Apulum and decurio of the craftsmen guild together with Aelia Vindia his wife has gladly and deservedly fulfilled the vow they vowed for themselves and Flavius Restutus, Flavinus, Ianuarius, (and) Flavianus.
