Translation
For Publius Aelius Silvanus, son of Publius, of the Papiria tribe, former duumvir and priest of the colony of Apulum, Roman knight, a man of illustrious memory. Fabia Lucilla, the daughter of a  man of illustrious memory, mother of the guild of craftsmen and clothmen of the above mentioned colony to her most beloved father-in-law.
